Andy Rubin Has Resigned

Founder of the operating system Android, Andy Rubin has just decided that he no longer leads the Android project. Even so, that does not mean he is not a part of Google. Instead Andy Rubin will move on to other projects owned by Google.

According to Google CEO, Larry Page, the resignation decision was made solely by Andy. He said that you wanted a fresh start on Google with high expectations that is not less than the current Android attainment.

And, the man who replaced Andy Rubin positions are Sundar Pichai who previously worked for the Chrome project and application. And, the final product is the result of the work is Chrome Pichai Pixel is the latest high end Chromebook from Google.

Google Chief Executive Larry Page in a blog post praising Andy for 'nurturing' Android and make it a free and open platform. Increasingly wide use of Android is now recognized Page could not be separated from the contribution Andy.

Google has not been clarified by the project will then be dealt with by Andy Rubin. However, with a great vision Andy Rubin who managed to deliver Android became the most popular mobile operating system in the world, it is not surprising that Rubin would gain an important position in other Google projects.

"If he does have the magic touch, he will be able to create other great things Google," said Colin Gillis, analyst at BGC Partners.
